Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be initiated via email with order detail

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Customized or personalised items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Policy
  • Refunds are only applicable in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong item delivered

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer

Replacement Policy
  • Customers can request a replacement for defective or damaged items

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

  4. Return instructions will be shared

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Shipping Charges
  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

  • If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping cost
